This document, referred to as the "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy"), outlines the terms governing the collection and utilization of Personal Information from Users (referred to as "You") by Vignesh Viswanathan (referred to as "Vignesh Viswanathan") during the download, installation, and use of the mobile applications "Vignesh Viswanathan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Mobile application").

Consent of the user

By downloading, installing, and using the Mobile application, you (also referred to as the "User") voluntarily provide written consent for the processing of your Personal Information as specified in this Policy.

General terms

1.1. This Policy constitutes an integral part of the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Mobile application. By downloading and utilizing the Mobile application, you fully accept the terms outlined in this Policy.

1.2. The methods for processing Personal Information include actions such as collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, with or without automated facilities.

1.3. Terms from the EULA and other agreements with the User are applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy.

Personal information

2.1. When using the Mobile application, the User does not actively provide personal information. Vignesh Viswanathan does not collect and store data that enables User identification.

2.2. Personal Information, as defined in this Policy, includes the User's email provided during product surveys for users who made purchases in the Mobile application.

2.3. The User acknowledges the use of third-party software in the Mobile application, which may collect and transmit depersonalized data.

Third-party software

Third-party software may encompass analytic systems such as 'Google Analytics' and 'Firebase.' The collected data may include device information, query data, and other details of user activity. The collection and use of this data are subject to the respective third-party privacy policies.

Web tools

Our website offers browser tools, such as the OneInsta, OneTok and OneFb downloaders, that work without an account. When you paste a link, it is sent to our server only to retrieve the public media it points to. For TikTok links, the public post URL is also sent to a third-party resolver (TikWM) so we can return the media. We do not store the links you paste or the files you download. Retrieved post details are kept in memory for up to 15 minutes to speed up repeat requests, and media files are streamed to your browser without being saved.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. The web tools are not directed at children and do not require any personal information.

Advertising and cookies

The web tools are supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and may use your visits to this and other websites to personalize the ads you see.

You can review or opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) or at https://www.aboutads.info. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before advertising cookies are set. Ad providers may process your IP address, approximate location, browser type and the pages you view.

Ads are labelled and placed outside the tools, so they never block a download. We do not sell your personal information.

Children's privacy

Vignesh Viswanathan does not intentionally collect personal data from children under 16. If such information is inadvertently obtained, it will be promptly deleted upon discovery.

Purposes of personal information processing

Vignesh Viswanathan may use Personal Information for communication, marketing, statistical research, and targeting advertising based on depersonalized data.

User's rights

The User has rights to be informed, access, correct, restrict, object, withdraw consent, delete personal data, and receive data for portability. These rights can be exercised by contacting Vignesh Viswanathan.

Personal Information will be stored for as long as necessary or permitted by law. Vignesh Viswanathan periodically reviews data processing systems for relevance.

TrueDepth camera and face data

Some features of the Mobile application may use Apple's TrueDepth camera and ARKit face tracking technology for real-time functionality such as eye and face movement tracking. All processing occurs on-device. The Mobile application does not store, collect, upload, share, or retain facial data, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, photos, or videos. TrueDepth data is used solely for the functionality of the app and is never used for identification, advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing purposes.

Data protection

Vignesh Viswanathan stores and protects Personal Information against unauthorized access according to internal terms and regulations.

Transfer of personal information

Vignesh Viswanathan may transfer Personal Information to third parties with User consent, for Mobile application functionality, third-party service providers, or asset transfers.
