Which Instagram links can I download?
Reels, video posts, single photos, carousels and IGTV. Links can be pasted with or without the extra tracking parameters Instagram adds when you copy them.
Is OneInsta free?
Yes. The web tool is free and needs no account. The OneInsta iPhone app is also free on the App Store, with extra features like collections, schedules and reposting.
Why did my link fail?
Private, deleted or age-restricted posts can't be read without an account, so they aren't supported. Instagram also rate-limits servers occasionally — wait a minute and try again.
Do I get the original quality?
Yes. We return the highest-resolution video and image files that Instagram serves for that post. Nothing is re-encoded or compressed.
Do you store the videos I download?
No. Files are streamed through the server to your browser and are not saved. Post lookups are cached for 15 minutes so repeat searches are fast.
